This Privacy Policy describes how Oceantree LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Arqive Estates and Arqive Studio, collects, uses and stores personal information through this website.

What we collect

• Contact form information: name, email address, phone number, your role, property type, location, the service you are interested in, your timeline and the message you send us.
• Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which are processed by our hosting provider for security and performance.
• Spam-protection hash: when you submit the contact form, we create a one-way hash of your IP address to enforce a fair-use limit. The raw IP address is not stored.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or shoot plan (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request).
• To keep our site secure and prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting our services).
• To remember your cookie preferences where you have given consent (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on ongoing projects, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Processors and third parties

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, database and authentication services. Data is stored in the EU region. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Oceantree LLC is based in the United States. Where your data is processed through US-based infrastructure, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the data-protection commitments of our processors.

Your rights

Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence or to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

This site uses a small amount of local storage to function. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies by default.

Necessary

Always active. This includes the record of your cookie consent choice and any security or anti-abuse tokens required to keep the site safe. Without these, the consent banner would reappear on every page.

Analytics

Optional and off by default. If enabled in the future, this category would allow services such as Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. We would only load those scripts after you choose to allow analytics.

Marketing

Optional and off by default. This category is reserved for future advertising measurement tools such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel. These will not be loaded unless you explicitly enable marketing cookies.

Third-party embeds

In the future we may embed content such as Matterport 360° tours. Where an embed requires additional cookies or tracking, it will be blocked until the relevant consent is given, and you will see a clear prompt to enable it.
